Global Conference Management Group has been appointed as the Conference Manager for the LUGI Convention at Leela Kovalam, Trivandrum from 24th to 26th September 2010. Please find attachment of the special rates for the hotels including the Leela Kovalam which is the Conference Venue.

Limited rooms are blocked at the above hotels and special rates are available if you confirm before 15th July 2010 with booking advance for 2 Nights. Balance advance for one night and arrival / departure transfer (if required) payment may be paid by 15th August 2010 to Global Conference Management Group. 

In case you do not book the rooms by 15th July 2010, kindly note that after 15th July 2010 the rates will be subject to increase by 10% to 15%.
